October Traffic

I finally hit 100,000k pageviews!!! This has been one of my longest blogging goals!

Most of my traffic comes from Pinterest, and if you lot're looking to heave your ain weblog traffic, I recommend focusing on Pinterest start instead of Google.

What's Up In Oct

Like you lot tin see from my numbers, my traffic was up by a lot this month (near 15%), and my income followed suite. A lot of my income came from affiliate marketing this calendar month cheers to one) increased traffic 2) The Genius Blogger's Toolkit sales 3) Youtube advertising.

I used Youtube ads to promote an affiliate product that has a very loftier commission, and then far for every dollar that I've put in, I've gained two in pure turn a profit. Super heady stuff! In my case, this meant an actress +$250 compared to September, and in Nov, I shouldexist making most $1,500 just from ads, if not more. Exciting!

October was a month of many milestones for The Chic Pursuit: I finally broke 100k pageviews per calendar month on the blog, and I made the near I've always made. But that's not all! Things were looking well in my personal life too, Ian and I celebrated 2 years of being together, and both of our birthdays. Well, mine was on the 2nd of Nov, but information technology'due south very close!

What I'thou Focusing On In November

Okay, and then I'1000 going to accept to completely eat my own words here, because last calendar month I wrote that I would NOT be focusing on traffic, and would instead be focusing on adding more products to my shop.

WELL, I've decided to go the complete opposite way. I'thousand going to be focusing heavily on traffic and advert income until the terminate on 2019, and publish a new blog postal service 3 times a week to drive traffic.

The ad income during this menstruation is just also good, and I don't want to miss out. In January, I'll focus back on product creation and marketing.

I've created a lot of posts for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I'm planning to do nigh 8 more. This means that there will exist about 32 blog posts in total before the year ends. Yep, I've been pretty decorated in the by few weeks!

Another thing that I'one thousand prepping myself for is Black Friday. Ever since Blackness Friday terminal year, I've been thinking nearly Black Friday 2022 and how I could run promotions better.

Last year, I didn't really do anything special, only this time effectually I'thousand planning to run some Facebook ads and potentially Pinterest and Google ads likewise.

I've never ran Facebook ads before, so I don't even know how it's going to become. Hopefully information technology all goes well!
